How do I order?Ordering is easy, just contact us by email at Bogucki@worldnet.att.net and we will tell you what you need to know. To send payment by snail mail we are located at 1024 Florence Ave., Racine, WI 53402. Please include a short note telling us what the payment is for. When you make your order, you will be assigned an edition number or numbers. Please try to use these numbers with any correspondence about your purchase (payments, questions, etc.) it will help us save time when looking up your information Back to Top
What forms of payment do you accept ?We accept personal and cashier's checks, money orders, and PayPal payments. Back to Top
Do you accept time payments?We accept time payments on items over $50. A non-refundable deposit is required for each resin ordered with the amount varying from $25. to $75. depending on the piece. (please refer to the resin pages for the appropriate down payment amount) The horse must be paid in full within 4 months of the original order date. If you are unable to complete the purchase within the allotted 4 month period we will refund all monies paid toward your order, minus the non refundable deposit per each resin ordered. Back to Top
How much does shipping cost?Because of the recent changes in shipping costs with the U.S. Postal service, we ask that you include your complete address with your order inquiries so that we might provide you with a more accurate shipping quote for your order. Each unpainted resin horse is insured. We do not insure for the full purchase price (unless the horse is painted) but rather for an appropriate amount which will allow us to replace the body if it is damaged or lost. All of our packages are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority mail or U.S.P.S International Priority (overseas) unless other arrangements are made. U.S.P.S. Parcel Post can be utilized at the customer's request if Priority shipping is excessively high. (oversize boxes do incur an additional $3. P.O. handling fee with parcel post) Back to Top
What if I've contacted you about an order but haven't received a reply ?Unfortunately, this happens from time to time. :^( I'm not always up to date on my emails and things can get overlooked. Do you offer any discounts?We currently offer a 5% discount for traditional size resins purchased with Post Office Money Orders. For buyers who purchase 10 or more unpainted resin bodies (any assortment) in a single order, we offer a 10% discount regardless of payment method. Back to Top
Do you ever accept trades?Unfortunately, we are unable to accept trades. We have had to pass up some really great offers but it is a rule that we decided on when we started out, and we have to stick to it.
What is a time restricted edition? Our newest resins (Babaji and El Toro Bravo) are being offered in 12 month restricted editions. This means that they will only be available to order between August 4th 2007 and August 4th 2008. After August 4th 2008, the editions will be closed and the number sold will be designated as the total number in the edition. (A small number of artist copies will be cast and retained as permitted by the condition of the active molds following the closing of the edition. We reserve the right to discontinue either edition before August 4th 2008 if an active mold deteriorates and there aren’t sufficient sales to warrant the pouring of another mold.)
Orders are filled in the sequence they are received with paid in full orders receiving first priority. If you have paid a deposit but not yet completed your time payments by the time your edition number has come up, we will notify you that there is a resin available to be sent to you. If you are not prepared to pay the balance for your order at that time, we will go to the next person on the list. Upon completion of your payments you will receive your resin at the first available opportunity. We do our best to keep our current resin editions in stock but there may be times (particularly with newly released resins) when we are waiting on shipments from our caster and pending customer orders may be delayed.
Suzy Soandso traded her Whatchamacallit resin to me for xyz resin that I have on order from you, can you ship it to her after Mary Whosherface sends you the money that she owes me for the Blahblah horse she bought from me last year?Ummmmmmm. . .no. We will only ship to you or to a prepper or painter of your choosing. Any other requests involving shipping to a third party purchaser will not be acknowledged. Payments must come from the purchaser themselves unless the item is a gift or being paid for by a legal guardian.
